Yes, I’m a recent vegan convert. It started out as a 30 day challenge to go vegan, give up caffeine, sugar, alcohol and gluten. After 30 days I felt so good (lost 18 lbs, sleep way better, have more energy, etc.) that I’ve decided to keep it up! Of course now I’ll sneak a couple drinks in here and there. Oh, and I’m trying to add a partial Raw diet in there too.
I lead a fairly busy life, I work hard which includes a lot of travel, I enjoy working out, and I value my personal time with my family and friends. So I needed an quick and easy way to be vegan, gluten free and sugar free. I’ve been searching around and there are a lot of good recipes to be found, but not all of them are easy or fast.
